Loch Ness - Ideal way to view is from a cruise, Jacobite Cruises run daily from Inverness, more
Urquhart Castle - Iconic ruin on the shores of Loch Ness, with a visitor centre, more.
Loch Ness Visitor centre - go Nessie watching or just view the Loch, more.
Falls of Foyers - a spectacular waterfall on the east shore of Loch Ness, more.
Fort Augustus and Invermoriston - villages on the shores of Loch Ness, more.

West
Kinloch Hourn - a small settlement at the end of a 22 mile single track road, more.
Glenelg - A picturesque hamlet at the end of a scenic drive from Shiel Bridge, more.

What about a visit to one of the many highland games that are held through the summer in the glens, including Invergarry. Invergarry games are held on the first Saturday in July.
